Ariana Madix Is Giving “Slutty Funeral” Vibes in a Sizzling Black Lace Corset Dress
The Vanderpump Rules cast member was the moment at the WWHL Clubhouse in the sexy number and black strappy heels.
Over the past few weeks, Ariana Madix has been sincerely serving in gorgeous dresses. While attending a friend’s April wedding in the U.K., the Vanderpump Rules cast member looked effortlessly chic in a shimmery mauve-bronze dress. Then, later that month, the blonde beauty stunned at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in a romantic strapless champagne-hued dress that featured double-stitch ruffles and sequin details.
On May 17, Ariana again left us captivated by her sartorial sensibilities in a jaw-dropping dress for her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “What did you say your look was tonight?” Andy Cohen asked Ariana during the episode, which aired right after the Vanderpump Rules finale.
“Uh… slutty funeral!” she quipped, showing off her eye-popping Web Lace Gown by Alessandra Rich ($2,953). The dress consisted of a black corset bodice, lace sleeves with one side off-the-shoulder, and a gorgeous asymmetrical lace train that showed off plenty of leg. Ariana paired the gown with black strappy heels and spiced up her outfit with sparkling floral-shaped stud earrings and multiple rings, courtesy of Emily Men.
The icing on the cake? Those extra-long metallic silver nails, or, erm, claws, that truly made the whole look shine.
Ariana definitely got the star treatment for her Clubhouse appearance, tapping makeup artist Caroline Blanchard for a peachy-pink pout, lightly bronzed cheeks, and rosy smoky eyes that popped with Lashaholic Lashes.
The sandwich shop co-owner’s sexy messy updo with coquettish face-framing pieces by Julius Michael also stole the show, perfectly pairing with the smoldering dress.
While Ariana has been giving us some stunning style moments lately, we of course can’t wait to see her in action in that red abs-baring crimson column number she rocked for the Season 10 reunion.
In addition to bringing the drama with their outfits, the Vanderpump Rules cast — James Kennedy, Lala Kent, Raquel Leviss, Ally Lewber, Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz, Scheana Shay, and Lisa Vanderpump — are sure to bring more drama at the sit-down with Andy, as they recall the unlikely turn of events that happened after the season ended.
Both Andy and Lisa have noted how difficult the sit-down was for the cast, given the split between Tom and Ariana and Tom’s relationship with Raquel.
“This group of people [is] so inextricably, authentically entwined… so when we started the reunion, at first, it was just too intense,” Lisa told Access Daily. “I said, ‘We’re not going to get through five minutes. You need to sit down, and we need to try to actually talk this through.’ But I understand. A lot of people felt that they’d been kind of lied to for so many months and had huge, huge opinions,” she added. “And you know these people, they have no problem voicing their opinion.”
