James & Ally Rock Coordinated Pink Looks at the Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala
Vanderpump Rules couple James Kennedy & Ally Lewber attended the annual fundraiser in playful shades of pink.
Ally Lewber and James Kennedy recently exuded Barbie and Ken energy.
On Thursday night (May 18), the Vanderpump Rules couple stopped in Beverly Hills to attend the Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala at The Maybourne hotel. And, as expected, they brought their fashion A- game.
James and Ally hit the event rocking coordinated outfits in different shades of pink — the color that is widely associated with the gala’s host, Lisa Vandperump. The DJ donned a pink satin blazer over a pair of black trousers and a black button-up sans tie. He finished the smart casual look with black loafers with gold-toned horsebit details.
While James went for a lighter hue of pink, his girlfriend, Ally, opted for a much bolder shade. The self-described spiritual astrologer wore a hot-pink spaghetti strap gown with tonal sequin details throughout. She completed the ensemble with a pair of open-toed heels and subtle jewelry.
Much like Lisa, Ally has demonstrated a strong affinity for pink. She wore the color to a Vanderpump Rules Season 10 premiere event, James’ DJing gig at Caesars Palace’s Cocktail Garden, Scheana Shay’s birthday party at the Canopy Club, and the upcoming Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion.
The Vanderpump Dogs gala was a star-studded event that included guests like Vanderpump Rules’ Lala Kent; The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Garcelle Beauvais; Trixie Mattel; Jerry O’Connell and Rebecca Romijn; Paula Abdul; Kristin Chenoweth; as well as Lance Bass and his husband, Michael Turchin. The fundraiser benefits the Vanderpump Dog Foundation’s Rescue Center and Nursery, which is dedicated to caring for dogs and finding them a good home.
The event took place a day after the explosive Vanderpump Rules Season 10 finale, which shed more light on the breakup between Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval. Lisa spoke about the episode in an exclusive interview with Extra, admitting it was “still hard to watch.”
“When you are invested in these people you have known for so many years, who is right or wrong when you see them absolutely hysterical? It’s been very difficult,” she said, before explaining why some of the cast didn’t attend the fundraiser. “It’s a feel-good factor, it’s my charity gala, and these feelings aren’t resolved and I can’t sit them at a table and expect perfect harmony. It’s not going to happen.”
