Since moving into their high-rise apartment back in 2018, James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss have spent time making it their own, bringing in multi-function furnishings like a lift-top coffee table, adding seasonal holiday décor, and even repurposing the second bedroom to become an office. (Seriously, you need to see how Raquel did this all by herself in one afternoon!)

And unsurprisingly, the couple loves their shared space. “It’s very spacious, as you can see, beautiful views of the Hollywood sign,” James said during an apartment tour with BravoTV.com (watch the entire video above!), with Raquel adding, “It’s the perfect selfie lighting right here!” And we couldn’t agree more. The two-bedroom unit is awash in natural light, flooding the space with an open and airy feeling that is perfect for… you guessed it, plants.

In a recent share to his Instagram, James revealed he was “Ready to go on @boohoo LIVE IG at 11 am,” alongside an image of his living room, which features an adorable corner full of plants. Clustered under a “333” neon sign, the five plants are all housed in neutral pots and urns and have varying heights, which really adds to the fullness and depth of the grouping.
