Katie Reveals What She Would Name the Toms' New Bar Instead of Schwartz & Sandy's
Katie Maloney-Schwartz came up with a name she believes is better than Schwartz & Sandy's — and Andy Cohen agrees.
Season 9 of Vanderpump Rules is just getting started, but there's already plenty of drama involving three cast members and a three-word phrase. Katie Maloney-Schwartz has made it clear that she's not a fan of "Schwartz and Sandy's," which the name of the new bar that her hubby Tom Schwartz is opening with his business partner and BFF Tom Sandoval. So, what would Katie call the place instead?
When she appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on October 5, the Utah native revealed her preferred name for the bar. "I feel like I have a really good suggestion," she spilled: "Once Upon a Tom." Andy's reaction? "With all due, it's better than Schwartz and Sandy's, the talk-show host confessed. "I think it's really good."
Later, the audience had a chance to weigh in on the name as well. In a poll, 96 percent of viewers admitted that they do not like the name Schwartz and Sandy's. And in anther poll, 76 percent of viewers said they did like the name Once Upon a Tom. However, it looks like there will be no renaming of the establishment. On last week's WWHL, Tom Schwartz stated that he and Sandoval had settled on Sandoval's preferred name, adding, "it's official."
