Lala & Randall Enjoy a "Quarantine Road Trip" in an RV for Randall's 49th Birthday
Vanderpump Rules' Lala Kent and Randall Emmett show inside their weekend camper.
For Randall Emmett, a shark-themed bash was just the start of the 49th-birthday festivities. Though Lala Kent's fiancé had to eschew a traditional party as he self-quarantines with his crew, he made the best of his special day by planning a quiet getaway with his love.
On March 25, the birthday boy showed off a camper that was parked in his driveway. (This was after Lala gave us a peek at at the shark-themed plates, napkins, and cups she'd managed to wrangle from Target.) "My birthday present to myself is this camper that nobody believed I could rent," The Irishman producer shared. "But I have it here now and Friday, I'm gonna drive it out into the wilderness for a camping, quiet quarantine road trip. I've spent my life seeing these on movie sets. Now I'm actually driving my own."
Randall made good on his promise, and later came back to Instagram to share photos from his low-key trip with Lala. On March 29, he posted a video of the sweeping Malibu beach views from his RV campsite. "The beaches are empty. It's eerie — pretty eerie on a Sunday," he said, above the roar of ocean waves.
Later, he took his camera inside and shared the view from his camper's front window. "All right, well, this is my new view, pretty good."
He also gave a peek inside the motor home, where he was looking over a script at a kitchen table surrounded by a patterned banquette. Panning over a pretty sizable bed strewn with white linens, he added: "Just living this life. Quarantine. Pretty nice, though. Nice break."
