Scheana Shay Had Most Impressive Rainbow Food Spread at Her Second Baby Shower
The expectant Vanderpump Rules mom pulled out all the stops, from an Olive Garden buffet to unicorn cake pops.
Scheana Shay is just weeks away from meeting her baby girl, and in the meantime, the Vanderpump Rules cast member is taking every opportunity to celebrate her bundle of joy. She and her boyfriend Brock Davies recently had a second baby shower, and every detail from magical decor to the brightly colored snacks was totally on point.
The mama-to-be first had a baby shower with her mother’s side of the family, as well as a “couple girlfriends” in early March, and explained that the second bash was an opportunity to gather with her father’s side of the family. “We’re just trying to keep everyone in the family on their own sides, it’s Covid. Everyone also got tested for this shower as they did for the first one,” Scheana explained in a March 17 vlog. “We just thought it would be better to do two small ones instead of one big one, and we wanted to be able to invite the whole fam.”
Although Scheana kept the guest list small, she definitely went all out when it came time to decorate her Palm Springs home and provide some delicious snacks for her family. Her patio area featured plenty of flowers, as well as a gorgeous pink, rose gold, and white balloon installation, which said “sweet baby girl.” Unicorn and rainbow piñatas also added to the fun party vibe.
Scheana also made sure her guests stayed well-hydrated with a super impressive array of beverage options, such as dispensers filled with fruit drinks and decorated with gorgeous florals, and plenty of bubbly wine and refreshing seltzers.
Rainbow fruit kabobs were the perfect way to add another pop of color to the table, but perhaps the most exciting offering was the baked goods selection, which included cake pops decorated like unicorns wearing flower crowns, macarons in all colors, and sugar cookies. As for folks who prefer something savory? There was more than enough delicious Italian food catered from the Olive Garden to go around.
