Scheana Shay Shares Exactly What She's Eating During Her Pregnancy

Scheana Shay is counting down the days until she and boyfriend Brock Davies welcome their first child together. As she preps for the arrival of their baby girl, the mom-to-be is making sure to prioritize her health by following a nutritional pregnancy diet.

In a question and answer video posted to her YouTube on January 13, the Vanderpump Rules cast member opened up about exactly what’s eating throughout her final weeks of pregnancy to keep herself full and energized — starting with a healthy breakfast.

I do a protein smoothie almost every day or a Greek yogurt in the morning. I love me some avocado toast with hummus,” she explained in the video.

For later meals, Scheana reveals that she does her best to get in “more protein and less carbs,” as advised by her doctor. “For lunch, we do a lot of grilled chicken salads. I eat a lot of salmon for dinner,” she stated, also admitting there’s one type of cuisine she just can’t resist. “I love Mexican food, so that’s like a regular also.”
