Get a Full Tour of Kristen Doute’s Beautiful, Newly Renovated Fixer Upper

Since purchasing a fixer upper in Los Angeles last year, Kristen Doute has been hard at work transforming the space into her dream home — and now, she’s showing off the final result. The Vanderpump Rules cast member recently appeared on Open House to give a full tour of her newly renovated digs, from the light-filled master bedroom to the gorgeous backyard.

Kristen teamed with interior designer John McClain to pick out every detail of her new oasis, which she describes as “boho chic with a modern twist.” Her relaxed bohemian style is on display in every room of the house, starting from the stunning living room.

As captured in the video below, the expansive and airy space features pale wooden floors and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. She complements her white walls with neutral furnishings, including a grey couch accented with textured pillows and mixed metal bookshelves. Though the room features plenty of eclectic wall décor (including photos of her favorite artists, like Fleetwood Mac, and a Gibson guitar), the true focal point is the fireplace bordered by art deco tiling.

The living room leads directly into her breakfast nook and what Kristen calls her “first adult kitchen,” which boasts gorgeous white cabinets and countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances with rose gold accents.

Kristen also showed off her beautiful master bedroom, which we’ve previously gotten a glimpse of. Like the living room, her bedroom puts her love of mixed textiles on display, with gray and turquoise velvet pillows adding a pop of color to her white linens.

But perhaps our favorite part of the home is her outdoor space, including a wooden patio that opens up into a small grassy area and a second lounge space adorned with comfortable chairs. “This is really why I bought this home,” Kristen says of the backyard — and we can see why!
