Boyfriend of the Year Beau Clark Whipped up This Impressive "Dinner for 2" for Himself and Stassi Schroeder
The Vanderpump Rules boyfriend officially wins weeknight dinners with this impressive concoction.
As if Stassi Schroder's man, Beau Clark, wasn't already dreamy enough — we mean, this man will wear a mullet on national TV to make his girlfriend smile — we learned that he's also a master of romantic dinners for two.
Stassi documented her man in the kitchen on Instagram Stories. "I'm gonna do it! I'm gonna be a diligent Instagram girlfriend," she joked, as she captured Beau chopping asparagus, prepping some chicken, and swigging red wine.
Later, Stassi busted her boyfriend "Instagramming his own work," but had to admit of the meal: "It's beautiful! Look at that stuffed chicken! Yes! King!"
Indeed, the dish — and Beau's Instagram documentation of it — looked beautiful. And what's more, he even shared how to make the perfectly cozy meal.
All you need to do? Stuff chicken with asparagus, cheese, and tomatoes, and season it with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Grill the chicken for four minutes on each side, then cover it and pop it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Et voila!
