You Will Cry Laughing When You Hear What Kate Beckinsale Carries in Her Purse

When Sarah Silverman appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen last night, one caller was keen to get the scoop on what Kate Beckinsale is really like.

First, some quick background: Silverman is dating Michael Sheen. Sheen — a doubly lucky guy, apparently — previously had a relationship with Beckinsale, with whom he shares a daughter, Lily. 

Now, you might expect the relationship between Beckinsale and Silverman to be just a tad awkward. (Hey, that'd be human.) However, the two talented ladies have nothing but love for one another. 

Speaking to People, Beckinsale said: "I really love [Sheen] and like him and we make each other roar with laughter.” She added: "I really love his girlfriend as well, and we are really lucky that we both get on, and Lily gets on great with her,” says the actress. “Having as many strong females in your teenage daughter’s life as possible is a good thing.” 

So when a WWHL caller asked Silverman to name one annoying thing about Beckinsale, the I Love You, America star was at a loss. She was, however, willing to divulge some surprising info about the English actress — namely, the truly bizarre things she carries in her purse.
