Apollo Returns & More Must-See Moments from Married to Med's Season 10 Reunion Finale
Season 10 of Married to Medicine was a roller coaster and Part 3 of the Reunion didn't disappoint as the ladies end on a hopeful note.
Season 10 of Married to Medicine was filled with drama: shade, tears, yelling, and side-eying kept the ladies busy. Part 3 of the Reunion, which aired on Bravo on Sunday, March 19, didn’t disappoint, and we finally got to see that surprise visit from Phaedra Parks’ ex-husband Apollo Nida.
During the Reunion Part 3, more drama bubbled up than ever before — beefs were explained ... or even over-explained.
But it ended with the ladies being hopeful for the future for themselves, their relationships, and each other.

Here’s a look at some of the must-see moments from the Married to Medicine Reunion Part 3.
Apollo lands on Married to Medicine
One of the most shocking moments of the three-part Reunion was seeing Phaedra’s ex-husband Apollo Nida walk onto the set. And for a second, it seemed like the only person who was genuinely happy to see him was host Andy Cohen, who greeted him with a big hug.
Then, Phaedra revealed that she was the one to invite him.
Throughout this season of Married to Medicine, the ladies were asking Phaedra about him and making plenty of jokes about his absence, especially at their son Ayden's birthday party. The last time he was seen onscreen was leaving The Real Housewives of Atlanta years ago.
Apollo has since remarried — he said during the reunion that his wife, Sherien Almufti, is doing well — but says he and Phaedra co-parent well after he got out of prison.
“Phaedra and I’s relationship is kind of impeccable at this moment. It started out topsy-turvy when I first came home. I was always upset, she was upset,” he explained. But Phaedra said she doesn’t have a relationship with his wife and doesn’t plan to have one. Apollo says he always goes to Phaedra’s house but he doesn’t go inside.

During Apollo’s 5 ½ year stint in prison, he shared with Andy that he was in the same facility as Joe Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey. “I seen him, and I got taken to the shoe [solitary confinement] for a while because I got into an issue, about 100 days, so then I was taken from the side he was at.”
Dr. Gregory and Phaedra Clear the Air
In Part 1 of the Reunion, we saw the flashback to earlier in the season when Dr. Heavenly commented that Phaedra and Dr. Gregory were "cool" with each other. Then Dr. Jackie mentioned that Quad said they had dated.
Phaedra emphasized during that conversation that there was never any dating or sex. Another scene showed Quad revealing to Phaedra (and the group) that Dr. Gregory said they dated and all was good until “you asked for $4,000 a month.” During the Reunion, Phaedra has stuck to her guns that they never dated, and Dr. Gregory shared that they did go on some dates, and the money was mentioned.
During Part 3 of the Reunion, both Phaedra and Dr. Gregory were on the set to finally settle the matter.
“When I met you, I was very taken by you, and I was pursuing you. We had a frank conversation and you explained to me that you work very hard and you spend about $4000 on yourself a month and if you were getting into a relationship, you would want to be with someone who could do the same. We were in the friend zone,” Dr. Gregory explained.
He added that this was in 2002 when he was finishing his residency and taking his boards, so he wasn’t in the financial space to do that for her. Apollo interjected, trying to clarify what Dr. Gregory was saying: That it wasn’t Phaedra asking him for the money, she was simply laying out her expectations.
Phaedra cleared things up finally by asking Dr. G if there was ever a romantic moment, and Dr. Gregory responded with, “No, not a mutually romantic moment, no.”
Apollo also shared that when he and Phaedra got together, they had the same conversation and he met all of her expectations.
Dr. Alicia explains why she and Kema don’t go downtown
Dr. Alicia and Kema’s sex life was a big topic of conversation during Season 10. During the Reunion, they once again addressed Kema sharing that, because of his culture, oral sex is not something he participates in.
Quad shared that she has to have “downtown loving.” Phaedra also shared that the Nigerian man she dated didn’t practice that custom.
Dr. Alicia set the record straight by saying they have had oral sex before. “You have to understand, Kema and I are both specialists in dentistry. I’m an oral medicine practitioner and my husband is an oral surgeon. With that we deal with oral related issues outside of drilling and filling and crowns, so we have seen trauma as it relates to aggressive oral sex,” she explained as Dr. Heavenly looked confused.
“At the end of the day, this is our marriage,” Dr. Alicia added.
What's next for the Married to Medicine cast?
The final moments of Season 10 wrapped up as the ladies looked at how they wanted their relationships with each other to evolve.
Dr. Heavenly said she has some relationships that are stronger than others, but she and Toya had a conversation earlier and they are good. "There’s not that much animosity. It lasts longer when people don’t communicate," Heavenly explained.
Dr. Simone added that the ladies pour into her in a way that she doesn’t get anywhere else in her life, but to Quad, she said, “I hope you heard Phaedra when she talked about, we’re friends, we stay in touch all year round, no matter what we’re going through, how busy we are. I would love to reconnect with you in a way that stays and is unaffected by reading comments on social media.” And Quad agreed!

Sweet Tea said after her first season, she questioned a lot about her friendships but ultimately enjoyed her growing relationships with (almost) everyone.
And Phaedra was happy to be accepted into the circle as another first-timer, calling being on the season "a wonderful time" and "a great experience.”
“One of the things that I’ve learned is that for me, and hopefully for the group, it’s better for us to not live in the past. Every time we bring up things from the past it’s just hurtful and it just tears us apart more. I know we’re going to have drama, and I just would like to move forward for another five or ten years in the best way of lifting each other up,” Toya said.
“I would like to see us continue to grow in a great friendship which involves loyalty, values, consistency, communication and that’s what these women bring. Having Quad here again, friendship is about the action, and we’ll just watch and see what happens,” Dr. Jackie concluded.
Quad added she would like that, too — and that she needs to stop allowing things she sees on the show to spill over.
