Married to Medicine Season 10 has been one for the books, but it’s not done just yet. The three-part reunion kicked off with host (and mediator) Andy Cohen reflecting on some of the season's and the franchise’s biggest moments. It is the 10-year anniversary, after all.

How to Watch

Watch Married to Medicine Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo and streaming on Peacock and the Bravo App.

The reunion takes place on a Napa-themed vineyard set and the ladies look amazing in their wine and springtime-themed outfits, so let's dig into the drama.

Part One — which aired on Bravo on Sunday, March 3, and is now available on Peacock fully uncensored — was full of shade, tears, and jaw-dropping moments among the ladies, from discovering exactly what Phaedra’s relationship has been with Dr. Gregory over the years to Quad reuniting with the group and having some tough conversations.

Did Phaedra ever date Dr. Gregory?

Earlier in the season, Dr. Heavenly commented that Phaedra and Dr. Gregory were cool with each other and Dr. Jackie mentioned that Quad said they had dated. Phaedra emphasized during that conversation that there was never any dating or sex. Another scene showed Quad revealing to Phaedra (and the group) that Dr. Gregory said they dated and all was going well until “you asked for $4,000 a month.”

“Honey, my purse is $10,000, so what am I going to do with four?” Phaedra questioned in her confessional at the time.

During the reunion, Quad addressed whether or not she called Phaedra a liar. She said she didn’t, but there was some discrepancy on whether or not she dated Dr. Gregory because he said they had dated.

“When Black folks say they are dating, that means some kind of carrying on and that kind of stuff. We’ve never had any carrying on, we’ve never had anything romantic. I’ve never kissed him, but I possibly held his hand, I don’t know,” Phaedra explained during the reunion. Sweet Tea interjected, though, that her husband said he and Phaedra had kissed.

“I have never kissed that man,” Phaedra said.

“I don’t think Gregory has a reason to lie though,” Sweet Tea responded with a shrug.

Quad then addressed Phaedra’s comment about not needing his money because her bag cost more than that. She did the math and said after three months, she’d have enough for her $10,000 bag with $2,000 left over for shoes.

“If I did ask him for $4,000, he obviously didn’t have it and y’all both married the man,” Phaedra quipped. It sounds like she’s standing on business that she didn’t date Gregory but the jury is still out on the money request.

Quad apologizes to Toya for infidelity questions

Over the past 10 years, Toya and Quad have had their share of fights.

This season, Quad was uninvited from the group trip to Napa Valley and sent home halfway through. In Season 9, Quad accused Toya of cheating on Eugene with someone in their neighborhood.

“I’m not perfect, and I have done some things to hurt some women here,” Quad said at the reunion. “Even though it didn’t derive from me, I could have not repeated it, but I did and for that, Toya, I want to apologize to you. And I think this [is] now probably the third time [I've apologized], but I hope you hear me this time and it doesn’t fall on deaf ears. It was wrong for me to do that and I shouldn't have said those things."

She also brought up how she felt when Simone accused her of sleeping with a contractor. “I turned right back around and did the same thing and it was dead ass wrong and I shouldn’t have said it,” Quad said. Andy co-signed that she had apologized. Toya heard her this time and praised her for taking accountability.

“This is the first time that Quad has said and not referenced it as if you did nothing wrong. You will always start off with an apology, but you never state what you did wrong,” Toya said, adding that she appreciated her apology and will see how she acts moving forward.

Quad pulls Dr. Jackie to the side

During the break for lunch, Quad pulled Dr. Jackie to the side to tell her she didn’t reach out to her during her social media troubles after a video went viral because she thought Dr. Jackie blamed her.

“Do you really think I would do that to you? What made you think I would do that?” Quad asked.

“It was a really bad space at the time,” Dr. Jackie tearfully responded. Quad cried to her that she wouldn't ever do anything to hurt her, and that Jackie thinking she would "hurts."

Dr. Jackie told her that they weren’t connected enough at the time for her to know that Quad wouldn’t stab her in the back. “I don’t know what happens in Quad’s life. I think you’re a wonderful person, but I’d rather lose a friend than to lose myself,” Dr. Jackie said to her with a straight face as Quad broke down crying.

We’ll see if they can mend fences or if the friendship is completely unrepairable.
