"I'm not ashamed or embarrassed anymore," says the RHOBH star.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kim Richards is ready to turn heads again – in a good way! "Everyone saw me take a huge spiral downward last year. Now, I'm really excited for people to see me work my way back up," Kyle's older sis confides to Wetpaint. "I want everyone to see that."

Kim –- who spent weeks in a rehab facility to treat her alcohol addiction -- is also inviting viewers into her recovery next season. "I'm going to be very into AA and spending time with the people who have been supporting me," says the 47-year-old mom.

Focusing on the positive, Kim's now looking forward to sharing her ups and downs and reaching people in similar situations. "People will say things to me like, 'You've saved my son's life,' or 'You've helped me so much.' You know, before, I used to have a really hard time admitting I was an alcoholic. But I'm not ashamed or embarrassed any more. It's made me a much stronger person and, hopefully, put me in a place where I can help other people."

Just saw you on the 'Ojai' episode.  It was so kind of you to group the ladies for a spa time.  You look wonderful.  Do remember how lovely you are 'inside & out', and many years of happiness and good health are wished for you to enjoy.

You have learned that the only dependence is on your HP. I look forward to watching your recovery. Stay humble.

Wishing Kim the best and really hoping this kind of show won't be too much pressure to maintain her sobriety. No doubt, mistakes will be made on her way back up. We're rooting for you, Kim.

Great to hear you are turning your life around....hoping forgiveness is a part of that....everyone makes mistakes and no one is perfect....part of showing good character and integrity is treating others how you'd like to be treated even when they may not treat you that way.....it's easy to treat the ones we like with respect and courtesy....where is the lesson in that....the challenge is treating someone better than they may have treated you....accepting apologies....forgiving people - not bashing them over and over....I hope that is a part of the 'new you' you are speaking of towards Brandi.....and anyone else you have conflict with.

I'm so happy to see you are thriving. You don't have to be ashamed for your addiction...we're all addicted, in some way, to one thing or another. I am happy that you've chosen treatment and that you're doing well. You look beautiful!
