Sporadic spurts of torrential rain didn't stop a crowd almost 20,000 deep from enjoying Lady Gaga's performance this morning on NBC's Today show. In fact, as the reigning pop queen performed hits like "Alejandro," "Bad Romance," as well as a new song called "You and I," the fans screamed even louder during the intermittent downpours. As did Gaga herself, who writhed rhythmically on the stage floor at one point and yelled, "Let it rain!"

We had our Intern Aaron get into the thick of the Rockefeller Center action and take some pictures, which you can see after the jump. We'll also note that, for all you Gaga fans out there, she (and supermodel vixen Naomi Campbell!) are featured as celebrity subjects on Double Exposure next Tuesday at 11/10c. Here's a preview clip of the Gagster's photo shoot. How does she react to Markus and Indrani's bickering? (Hint: she's not happy.)
