I love this show I'm so glad it's back, ty BRAVO, this season looks exciting. I love all three guys they're all excentric and cool in their own way. My husband is always making fun of them (especially chad) but he likes to watch the show too. I think he's a little jealous that I love these guys so much and they make so much money $$$$$$

I was hoping when I saw the re-runs that it meant they were coming back!...Yessss!
I'm just hoping that Josh, took a hard look at how he came across as a professional, and across to his clients.
I absolutely love The Chad-ster, I salute how he put Josh in his place for calling him a liar on national t.v. and how he never raised his voice like and adult. You Go Chad!
Josh on the other hand, threw e-mails across the floor and wanted to take his toys home. It made for some entertaining t.v......on how not to behave when your selling a million and up dollar homes. All he had to come back with was a comment about Chads lips, and his hair?? Was he for real? Was that jealousy I sensed?
I actually think it would be so fun to watch Josh get a job with Jeff Lewis, and see how long he'd take before he picked up his toys again and went home to visit grandma....lol I can almost picture Jeff having some Pollo Loco with his brown salsa, and then having Josh for dessert.
Come Bravo...at least think about it!!..lol... I don't think you'd get much opposition from your viewers.

Wow I watched this show for the first time today and I must say, if Josh showed up at a showing of mine, I'd have him put out with the trash! He is so completely unprofessional looking and so stuck on himself I could hardly stand to listen to him. Chad looks so young, I would have a hard time taking his advice on anything other than which Wii game to buy my niece for Christmas! Madison seemed competent enough.

I was watching an episode of the show where the host claimed to make a 300K profit on a home sale. In this market I don't believe it. Show me the sale agreement that reflects the price he purchased the home at and show me the sale agreement he sold it for. date episode aired was 9/8/2009.

Now we're talking. It'll be good to see how this downturn is kicking their asses. Please Please Please have a scene where they default on their leases or are forced to order from the 99 cent menu at Wendy's or have to wait all day at the unemployment line like the rest of us. Let's see what these spoiled punks are really made of.

All I have to say is Bravo 24/7. Everytime I think I'll have a break you bring another of my favorites back. TY Ty, love the drama of these guys,except I am watching entirely too much TV. Only thing you could add is a couple of straight men for the ladies. LOve Love Madison, but he really doesn't count. Keep up the good work!!!!

I love this show and I am a young business owner myself and I must admit there is so much drama in business it isn't to far fetched. I pattern my drive after these guys and I am just as aggressive as them in my market. you have to be in order to succeed in this day and age. Bravo to "Bravo" for bringing back the show. I will be moving to Los Angeles real soon and I can't wait to have one of them show me my house!!!

WELCOME BACK to Josh Flagg, the best and the most interesting agent on the show. I am sure by way of the SNEAK PEAK this seasom will be just as filled with drama as last season. Great to see Madison and Chad back as well. Josh keep those bitches in check.

I have an idea. Perhaps those of you who don't like the show could maybe, I don't know -- not watch it?!? And then those of us who DO like the show CAN watch it, and everybody's happy.

I completely understand if you don't like a show -- there are shows I don't like -- but I would never wish for them to go away.

Perhaps some of you need to realize that there are actually OTHER people in the world, and it's ok for them to have things that make them happy too, and it's ok if those things are different from the things that make YOU happy.

Just saying.......

My husband keeps saying he wishes the show came back. Well, his wish came true. Welcome back guys!

I live in the Malibu Colony.....such drama around 2 of these young men. One is a true professional and loved by the residents in Malibu, the the other two, you can have them.

I'm glad they are coming back too. I've been hoping there would be another season. It's so much fun to see that guys can be drama queens too. I already knew that because my husband is in a business full of drama queens but it's nice to finally get it seen on TV that men can cause just as much drama as women can. Many times even more!
