"I went to unhealthy extremes."

Taylor Armstrong of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Taylor Armstrong is battling the rumor mill again, this time setting the record straight on her recent weight loss. Photos of the already tiny Taylor looking noticeably smaller fuelled speculation about an eating disorder, but Taylor tells OK! Magazine that's "absolutely not true."

So what did cause her sudden slim down? "I decided I needed to drop a few pounds, but I went to unhealthy extremes," she tells the mag. Taylor says that she felt that a busy schedule and eating on the run had added some extra weight to her frame. "Russell brought home diet supplements two months ago because someone he knows wanted him to look at the company," she says. "I started taking the supplements without him knowing. In the back of my mind I didn't think they would even work, so I wasn't worried."

Soon though, Russell noticed and confronted his wife about her weight loss. "It was Russell who got me to admit the truth," she said. "He saw that I wasn't eating much and that I was too thin. I wasn't weighing myself or taking my measurements, but when he said it I knew he was right."

You can find more of Taylor's story in the latest issue of OK! Magazine.
