How fast do you post shows on ITunes after they are aired?

Orange County, NO ONE wants THE FASHION SHOW, NO ONE WANTS HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK,ATLANTA, NEW JERSEY. My friends and I watched your channel more then any other but now you are making a mess. KEEP MAKE ME A SUPERMODEL, ORANGE COUNTY HOUSEWIVES, PROJECT RUNWAY AND TOP CHEF AND LOSE THE REST. KELLY AND ISSAC ARE AS BORING BORING BORING AS YOU CAN GET AND THOSE CONTESTANT ARE A BRUNCH OF FREAKS NO ONE WANTS TO SEE. STOP MESSING UP WHAT WAS GOOD

I am looking for more information on the Bravo TV's Top Chef: The Tour 2, Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at The Soulard Market in St. Louis, MO.

I am wondering if tickets or advance reservations are needed and is there a schedule of times and things happening?

The Soulard website says to see your website for more information, but I can not find the information.
