The #DontBeTardy star's eldest son started school today and Kim didn't handle it very well.

It’s always hard to say goodbye, especially on your baby’s first day of school. Just ask Kim Zolciak-Biermann, who had a rough day when she dropped off eldest son KJ for the first time (and it sounds like he didn’t particularly enjoy it, either).
