She is such a sweet little girl - I will never forget her coming up and hugging me when we were at Phil and Todds. Hopefully, we will make it back to LA the end of the year. next to a mini mansion (1 house off the bay in San Diego)...I've heard rumors that you might consider working outside of the L.A. area; Although I have a plan previously approved from the city from (Thoryk Archetect) I cannot say that I am
thrilled especially after watching your show... My budget is modest 250K but I do have a wonderful view and we are on a cul de sac.....I am not looking for notarity and would be glad to be in the background while you transform this house. Hi Ryan,

I love your show and both yours and Jeff's design style. I love simple but clean and modern looking styles. I'm trying to re-paint my apt. and I can seem to decide on colors.
Do you have any ideas. I hate to say it but I find myself drawn to pretty plain colors. (beiges and browns). Do you have any brands and colors you love best?
Any help would be appreciated. And if you ever travel to the east coast for work, sign me up!
