Heavenly Kimes Had the Sweetest Reaction to Daughter Alaura's Latest Accomplishment
The Married to Medicine cast member was gushing after her daughter graced yet another magazine cover.
Dr. Heavenly Kimes' daughter, Alaura, is a cover girl (again)! The Married to Medicine teenager graced the front of the March 2022 Teen Issue of Hype Hair Magazine.
"Introducing Your 1st [Hype Hair Magazine] TEEN EDITION COVERGIRL, yours truly," Alaura wrote in a March 6 Instagram. "Thank you Hype Hair for thinking of me to grace this beautiful cover & thank you to everyone that came out to support!" (Click here to see the magazine cover.)
Heavenly, her husband, Dr. Damon Kimes, and Alaura celebrated the milestone at the magazine's 30 for 30 Gala in Atlanta, Georgia. The event was held to honor hair and makeup buffs (Alaura being one of them) who have worked to pave the way for future beauty lovers. During the party, Alaura's cover was debuted for everyone to see.
Of course, Heavenly was thrilled about her daughter's latest achievement. "Still amazed that my baby girl has accomplished so much in such a short period of time," she gushed in a March 7 Instagram. "So much more to come!"
Over the last year, Alaura has been building an impressive résumé for her modeling career. In January, she declared she was "Miss Untouchable" as she showed off her cover for Popout Magazine. "Introducing your January [Popout Magazine] covergirl, THE BABYDOLL," she wrote. "So honored to be a part of this effortlessly gorgeous shoot," adding the hashtag "just getting started." Additionally, Alaura is the face of her mom's online beauty supply store, Heavenly Beauty. She has posed for campaigns, modeled products, and shared gorgeous beauty looks.
