Josh gives us an update on Heather and tells us what he really thinks about Madison.
Jun 13, 2012Episode 2 was definitely a thrilling one. Heather finally gets to spread her wings and go off on her own. In my opinion it was the best thing that could have happened to her. For all of you who wanted to know, she is doing great! A force to be reckoned with if you ask me.
Doheny was an amazing Penthouse. In fact it was probably one of the nicest and most well done condos I have seen in years. Being in the business for 10 years now, I can tell in two seconds if a place is done with top-of-the-line materials, and this was one of those places. No expense spared. Brian is a great realtor, and he represented the house I sold to my client in Beverly Park for $16.5 million. Most of you know Beverly Park as the home to a couple of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Lets get to Madison who is now zero for two in selling a house this season. I'm going to keep this short because everyone knows Madison is not even close to my league of real estate and all I'm doing by talking about him is bringing him to my level. Is it me or does Madison always look like a deer in headlights when any of his clients ask him a question? Would you let him represent you and your money???
Stop being so mean and hateful towards Madison!!! He is a great guy and yes I would rather have him represent me and my money than you!!!

Josh, I like you and I think you are classy, however, don't lose that nice guy quality you have. Madison's shortcomings will become evident, no need to point them out, take the high road, like the classy guy I know you are.
Madison is a handsome dude.
I'd actually much rather have someone handling my listings that is a good and honest person. Seems like you need to bring other people down to make yourself feel better and further your own success. Lighten up and enjoy life a little more like Madison :)
Last night's episode was great and it showed what a victim Madison paints himself as. He didn't lose Heather, he fired her! You didn't plot to co-list, it just happened. Madison is such a whiny drama queen.
Hey Josh, I think you and Heather belong together! I loved watching you guys on your first date! When is the Wedding? I want to see the rock your going to pick out for her! You have GREAT taste! LOL

Could not agree more regarding Madison. He has shown his true colors the past 2 seasons. The way he handled the situation with Heather was classless, selfish, petty, etc. Madison is obviously not a bright person--couple that with his mean streak, and you have a formula for disaster (relationship wise). Good luck to you and Heather (best thing for her...parting from Madison)!

Picking on someone as harmless as Madison only makes you look like an insecure bully... He's no match for you, and YOU KNOW IT, that's why you taunt him the way you do! I'm sure you WOULD NEVER try that with anyone else, because you would QUICKLY get knocked back down into reality! GET OVER YOURSELF!
I don't know dude, you are so unbelievably full of yourself, I probably wouldn't give you my business either. Humility goes a long way, but i suppose when you are dealing in millions, people are "different". Maybe Madison is not in your league, but it seems you are nowhere near Flagg's league.
While you might be a good real estate agent, personally you seem like a total jerk. It is clear to see why Madison is upset with you and Heather. Madison has been pretty consistent throughout all the seasons. You on the other hand are showing your true colors and it’s not pretty.

I totally agree. I'd never let Madison represent myself as a seller or buyer much less handle millions of my dollars. He is a little bit too emotional for my taste. It was very classy to help Heather get her foot in the door. Very well done on all aspects.
I agree with previous post. You do have some class & your girlfriend is a sweetheart with wise soul. It was time for her to go, because Madison is the one who didn't show maturity or loyality. I am beginning to wonder if Madison had a crush on her~
Josh -- Your biography is very impressive. What was not impressive was your reaction to Madison's decision to fire Heather. If you would put yourself in his position as the boss of the company, I do believe you would have made the same decision. During the conversation with the seller, Heather could have and should have excused herself - and, consulted with Madison. I am sure you would not have appreciated and/or tolerated any of your employees making such a decision without your consent. Be a mensch and, a bit of advice ------ think before you speak or act.
Josh, Why do have to be so rude. Your just showing your true colors by acting this way. And I'd rather be on Madison level then yours any day.
Altman will dump her. He is so into his image being perfectly groomed, everything about him spells class and education. Her grammar is atrocious, her clothes look cheap and she brings nothing to the table. Did you see the look on his face when he realized he would have to share commission with her? The thrill of the chase is gone and he will be too.
