I love this episode! Firstly, what a cute mother Madison has! It is finally nice to meet his parents after five seasons.
There are two celebrities in this episode, one is obviously the star, my grandmother, and two is Yvonne Nelson, the widow of David Nelson from Ozzy and Harriet. Yvonne is my neighbor on my floor and she has been looking to buy a unit in the building with a terrace for the dog.
I brought Glen an offer of $1,800,000, but I know Yvonne would have gone up to the full $2 million. Sadly Glen got cold feet and I got no commission. I guess I will forgive him though because I will have to see him in the hall or the lobby of the building!
Check out my app Star Maps by Josh Flagg, now free. It is the ultimate in celebrity stalking!
Peace.
I love you and your Grandmother! You are my fav's on the show and should have your own show!
I think Josh Flagg is so funny, he is my favorite.. Love him
Your name finally clicked when you talked about your Grandmothers dress line. My husband's family used to carry her line in their store many years ago. It was a family store started in the 1800's in Kansas. I remember my husband's grandmother talking about what great dresses they were. You are so blessed to have her in your life. I hope you write down (or record) her history--you will be glad to have it one day.
Make that Friday the 13th Part 2. I'm a terrible typers.
Actually, there were THREE celebrities in that episode. When Josh is first showing Glen's apartment, the potential buyer, Russell Todd. He was in Friday the 1th Part 2 for example. How do I know? Because when I watched the episode, I recognized him, but could not place him...it took me a couple of hourse to, but I did. He's the buyer when Josh says "come on Glen, stop c*ck-blocking me." So there are three celebs in that episode.
Always love to see Grandma Edith - what a treasure. Also loved the way she shocked you with her comments! Too funny! Watched you all on WWHL and who has class really showed through. Who talks about how much money they make?? What would Grandma Edith have to say about that???
Your Grandma needs her own show... She is a Hoot LOVE HER...What a fun family upbringing you must of had with her at the helm..
I totally agree with Shanlea below, re being graceful in defeat. It's about character and CLASS. I send serious props.
But, never before did I know something I now call GRANDMOTHER ENVY existed!
What a rich, uncommon legacy you have! Can you LIST HER? Not sure if my financials would qualify me, but I will make an offer anyhow....no brokers' open needed; the show IS a brokers' open for this most uncommon human.
Write that book!
Well, it was still a good lesson to aspiring realtors AND who knows? If graceful in defeat you never know who he will recommend you to...

Josh, I love you and your Grandmother. You are my fave's. You both should have your own show! .
