Hey Chad, I read a comment from "Lacey" and again...these people are ALL hating. Do not waste your precious time with them idiots. All negative sayers and what nots are a waste of time. They don't like what you have to do or say or how you deal with probs or situations, then they can hit the channel up or down button on the remote or even the on/off button. Case closed. Enjoy your time, while you're still young, on this television venture. You want to look back and be proud of yourself and make your family proud. Love your stuff.

You pay your bills, you pay for your food and you pay your own way. I read the blogs and they try to have some sort of influence on you;I just think they try to live vicariously. You don't have to change because someone or the masses have an opinion of you. Because it's exactly that...their opinion. Try not to get caught up. Life is too short. You do your own thing.

Chad don't pay anyone any mind about you or your hair. We love you even if you were bald or hairy. You're human. We love the fact that you're able to make fun of yourself and don't take yourself too seriously and enjoy your life and lifestyle. We love your mom.

I love all the episodes and parts that you are in. There is something humble about you, you keep it real and I love that. You are a kind hearted human being. May God continue blessing you, your family and loved ones. We love you Chad.

Well there is so much to say, but I want to make this short. So First of all.... I love you. You are so real! I love that you say what you need to say. I also love that you avoid confrontation, however when worst comes to worst you say what needs to be said and the proof that needs to be presented. I wish you the best, and i cant wait till October 12th for the season premier.

Chad, Your blog and actions are riddled with contradictions. If your motto is "don't sweat the small stuff," why would you "go there" with Josh? Why isn't a colleague's failed competitive efforts to cover his embarrassment small potatoes...if you are truly secure with yourself, that is? Also, you are clearly going to need to reach for more than the "mcnuggets" of a philosophy to cope with life. Go to the real philosophers or Zen masters, if you have the patience to read a book.

i read chads Bio. and it said he got his Degree in business from university. but can someone please tell me what type of business course did he do? can someone tell me if he did, Bachelor in Real estate management? i need to know becasue this is what i want my career to be. period. please and thx.

Josh is the Best Looking,the Smartest, the Weathyist! He also has a Great Grandma! Not sure what you have Chad other then teenage hormones.

Chad, you acted very unprofessionally and childish the way you spoke to Josh. Madison hit it right on when he said he didn't even want to be involved with you on that photo shoot. You are just a little too full of yourself. Obviously you didn't learn a thing from the book "Don't Sweat the Small stuff". It just made you look petty and jealous of Josh. When you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all.

Chad i have to say i totally agree with you. Josh has been acting childish and it's ridiculous. I think he needs to grow up and accept the responsibility of he's false actions. Maybe sitting down and having a one-on-one talk with him will do some good...just an idea.

I live in Ontario, Canada. Since I have watched your show I have wanted to get into real estate. I think that it is great that you are doing Real Estate at your age and have encountered such great wealth at your age. That is why you are my Idol. I would love to come and work with you, but the commute is a little bit...lol. I have a question though. If I choose Real Estate as my career choice, what kind of courses do I take when I go to university? By the way, I'm only 14 years old, lol.
