They say third time's a charm. Episode 3 really shows me in my element. It was fun house hunting with Dr. Gershman and his daughter; she is one tough sell, let me tell you! Of course, it wasn't so easy to get a hold of the one house they wanted. But with a little investigating, he and his daughter got the house of their dreams -- and for below market value. I know I have succeeded when I can assist a client in finding exactly what they want AND get them a deal. I think the Gershman family will be very happy in their new home. And there is no way Elizabeth can complain she doesn't have enough space!
