Episode 5 offered an inside scoop of my life as more than just a real estate agent. It is interesting to watch it now, a year later (I turned 23 on August 20th) to see the progress I have made both professionally and personally. Being 22 in Los Angeles, regardless of a person's occupation, can be difficult; the added stress of knowing my career, credibility and commission are always on the line often feels too much to handle. However I chose to go into real estate as opposed to pursuing the more traditional path of going to college with my peers for a reason. And when I remind myself of this and consider the great successes of my career thus far, I am reassured I have made the right decision. As you could see at the time the episode was filmed, I was having second thoughts about this career; however being one year older and a little more experienced, I can't imagine doing anything else in my life than selling real estate. It is a 24 hour a day job and I love it. I like to party and enjoy myself too, but as you could see at my 22nd birthday party at the Beverly Hills Hotel, even my clients become a part of my social network. My relationships with many of my clients extend far past the close of escrow. Real estate has become more than just my day job - in fact, I don't think of it as a job at all — it's a part of who I am.

I am watching last nights episode with the shared listing going for 9,900,000. The couple that came to view it that lived next door, Natalie. She is a Paris Hilton impersonator. She was on her reality show... I bet that guy hired her to come over there with him.

This show is awesome! I seen it on the flat screen by chance while I was talking to a night club promoter. Had to ask if I can watch it and talk later. We were craking up, Josh you are by far the coolest and most real.

Very moving in parts and often funny in others. I congradulate you on this book - it is much more than expected. I really enjoyed this show! It was so interesting to find out how things are done in Cali, and loved finding out more about their personal lives, the shows struck just the right balance between showing off the homes and the relationships of the agents. Much more entertaining than the usual reality tv rubbish we've been forced to watch the last few years! Well done Bravo.

Please ship season 3 to the UK!

I honestly think most shows on tv are stupid, dull and a complete waste of life to watch...however I came across this show a few days ago and I was simply blown away. It is educational, and entertaining overall. I completely love it.

I enjoy watching Josh!!

He is so handsome and I believe a great real estate agent. I Like Madison also, Chad I hate to say is just not my cup of tea. I think he tries to hard. You Josh, have the character to shine so brightly. If every I am in California which my husband loves to visit. I will be sure to attend one of your open houses with a convertible mustang as my mode of transportation(ha ha ha).

You are my favorite. I watched the show for two reasons: You and the listings. I am not hitting on you because I am over 40 and I am not a cougar. I just like interesting people and you fit the mold.

I am so sorry you are having problems with Chad. I like Chad but he was totally out of line bringing up your issues during that tapping! Totally unprofessional.

I think Chad has some things he needs to think and work through that don't even concern you. Then maybe after that you guys can become friends. That's what I am hoping for.

The three of you guys are like the 3 banditos...be good to each other!
