Episode 5 offered an inside scoop of my life as more than just a real estate agent. It is interesting to watch it now, a year later (I turned 23 on August 20th) to see the progress I have made both professionally and personally. Being 22 in Los Angeles, regardless of a person's occupation, can be difficult; the added stress of knowing my career, credibility and commission are always on the line often feels too much to handle. However I chose to go into real estate as opposed to pursuing the more traditional path of going to college with my peers for a reason. And when I remind myself of this and consider the great successes of my career thus far, I am reassured I have made the right decision. As you could see at the time the episode was filmed, I was having second thoughts about this career; however being one year older and a little more experienced, I can't imagine doing anything else in my life than selling real estate. It is a 24 hour a day job and I love it. I like to party and enjoy myself too, but as you could see at my 22nd birthday party at the Beverly Hills Hotel, even my clients become a part of my social network. My relationships with many of my clients extend far past the close of escrow. Real estate has become more than just my day job - in fact, I don't think of it as a job at all — it's a part of who I am.
Josh, you are the best! I love this show and am sad there are only reruns showing in 2009 .............. so far.
I'd love to see new episodes with these 3 realtors.
BTW Bonsoire is spelled Bon Soir - ha, ha. I'm definitely not French but did 5 yrs of it in high school.
I love this show I can't wait for new shows.
I am so sorry you are having problems with Chad. I like Chad but he was totally out of line bringing up your issues during that tapping! Totally unprofessional.
I think Chad has some things he needs to think and work through that don't even concern you. Then maybe after that you guys can become friends. That's what I am hoping for.
The three of you guys are like the 3 banditos...be good to each other!
Coming to you from Texas
I enjoy watching Josh!!
He is so handsome and I believe a great real estate agent. I Like Madison also, Chad I hate to say is just not my cup of tea. I think he tries to hard. You Josh, have the character to shine so brightly. If every I am in California which my husband loves to visit. I will be sure to attend one of your open houses with a convertible mustang as my mode of transportation(ha ha ha).
You are my favorite. I watched the show for two reasons: You and the listings. I am not hitting on you because I am over 40 and I am not a cougar. I just like interesting people and you fit the mold.
I honestly think most shows on tv are stupid, dull and a complete waste of life to watch...however I came across this show a few days ago and I was simply blown away. It is educational, and entertaining overall. I completely love it.
Josh bro...straight up your my new idol I love your style and especially your attitude towards everything. I’m going to try to get in contact with you when I’m rich and looking for a home in Cali haha. Keep up the great work man.
coming to you from Toronto
I really enjoyed this show! It was so interesting to find out how things are done in Cali, and loved finding out more about their personal lives, the shows struck just the right balance between showing off the homes and the relationships of the agents. Much more entertaining than the usual reality tv rubbish we've been forced to watch the last few years! Well done Bravo.
Please ship season 3 to the UK!

This show is awesome! I seen it on the flat screen by chance while I was talking to a night club promoter. Had to ask if I can watch it and talk later. We were craking up, Josh you are by far the coolest and most real.
New Fan, Jes Sierra
I have never seen the show but promise to watch this season....Have to say I WAS most impressed with your radio interview with Tony Sweet....You have truly grown into the entrepeneur I always knew you would be when, at age 2, you were taking out tablespoons of caviar ....
Mm.. Josh.. Your a really solid guy! Definitely the most entertaining. No worries about Chad, he'll chill once he get's a self esteem. I was worried about you last season, that you might not be back. But you are, and stronger than ever. Keep on keep'n it real man.
Great Falls, Va.
josh, i love you! you make the show what it is. and of course i love your grandmother, she is awesome. i must say that the 1st episode of season 3 seemed completely scripted. but i will continue to watch because you are so adorable!
Can you please give me the name of the restaurant you were dining at with your clients in Beverly Hills? You were outside in a lovely garden setting where they served champagne and the key to the home on a silver platter.
Hey Josh you are definetly a closer man. I'm a Title guy and I work with realtors all day long.....you are what we title guys want as a client man....
congrats on your success.
I am watching last nights episode with the shared listing going for 9,900,000. The couple that came to view it that lived next door, Natalie. She is a Paris Hilton impersonator. She was on her reality show... I bet that guy hired her to come over there with him.
Josh You are true to yourself and your clients. Love your style it is allows so cool Iam still not sure are you straight or gay.
Chad you are so cute and funny. I just watched tonights episode and I hope you're ok. Oh and one comment about crazy Orange County Latina with the even crazier eyelashes. Weird weird weird. Stay away you're to smart for that.
Josh, I am so impressed with you and all you have accomplished at your age. You are every thing a Mother wants her son to be. God Bless and don't give Chad a second thought, you out shine him and he knows it!!!!
LOVE you Josh! Actually I think its your wise grandmother whom I admire the most. Her sense of humor (dry) is a hoot! Your style is awesome, and the other 2 boys got nuttin on ya!!
How refreshing and endearing to see a young guy who's self possessed enough to be comfortable stating and demonstrating his admiration, love & affection for his Grandmother. I came to the Bravo website for the first time today after watching the episode last night that showed your trip to Europe which referenced the book. What a blessing she is to you and now, to all viewers. The respect and honor you display for her demonstrates what kind of man you are. If you keep the lessons your Grandmother teaches you at the core of your being, your success will be unequaled in life as well as your profession. Taking care of yourself, providing for yourself to have a well rounded life will deeply enhance your professional life. I envy the young women who should be beating a path to your door. Not because of your bank, but because of your HEART. God bless!
JOSH Your The Man! You are so funny and man you can you close with no sweat...at least from where I am sitting. Loved the last show with your grandmother, such a wise and wonderful women. I had tears when your were laying flowers down for Clem? I believe..I so admire her and her wit, strength & smarts.
I will be watching again... Chad is he for real ekks... your the only one who ruffles his peacock feathers... keep it up! teehee! xox
I just recently turned 23 and I have a desire to be in Real Estate, I've been so terrified to even attempt such a career until now. Thank You for showing what a day in the life of an agent is like.
Thank You for being Josh! You are the only reason I enjoy the show.
Whenever you appear in all your craziness you always brighten up my day! The show would be just another boring Bravo reality show without you.
You may have it with Chad, but it is so funny when you do. He takes everything like it is life or death.
I am also glad to see two very successful gay realtors who really display class and confidence. I am working on that in my life as I slowly come out myself.
Thanks for everything you bring to the series!
Josh, my husband I are grand parents and we so admire your closeness and the real love you display for your elegant Grand-Mother. She is an amazing woman. And you have made her "proud".
Josh, I think it's time you brought your own dog to one of Chad-Cakes open houses. A German Shepard would be appropriate. Or perhaps a Retriever who loves to swim. Of course we know you weren't going to throw Starla-cakes into the pool. Poor Chad has issues. Deep issues, LOL.
OTOH, we do enjoy the three of you. Live long and prosper :)
I agree with everyone here, you and your grandmother and your dog are the best part of the show. You seem to be an old soul, very wise for your age, I do enjoy watching you mess with Chad, he does need to get a grip and sense of humor! If you want to try something for fun and a stress reliever look for a good beginner agility class to take with your dog, it's a blast and will have you laughing. Much continued success to you and best wishes for a happy and healthy new year! Lianna in N.H.
Josh, the next time we buy a home I'm contacting you! Last night's finale was hilarious featuring a disgruntled Chad. While I can see that each one of you has a real talent for what you do and are all very professional, Chad included, admittedly so, he's out there. I love how you keep your composure while he continues to get frustrated. It's too funny.
As a grandmother, I so love your relationship with your grandmother. I loved the time when you asked her for ten million dollars. I think she is grand and i would love to have the closeness with my grandson and be able to give him nice things. I loved the episode when you went up to the penthouse in you pjs and robe to talk with your grandmother and have coffee. It's a beautiful thing and I think you know how special it is and she is. You make the show so much fun. We love you!
