I can honestly say that is I could meet anyone in this world, I would want to meet Josh's grandmother, Edith Flagg.

Edith is the most interesting woman that I've ever seen. I am so fascinated with her grace, elegance, and wisdom.

The feelings and love between Josh and his grandmother is palpable, touching, and very unique. Josh is very fortunate to have such a wonderful person in his life as his grandmother, Edith. She is very special, strong, grounded, and extraordinary. You just don't run across a person very often with such character and strength.

Hi Josh. I saw the episode where you list a property for rent/lease in Bel-Air for a "Sam". I know he was single when it aired. I REALLY would love to hook him up with a friend of mine who is also Greek. I think he would love her. Yes I am playing cupid...matchmaker. She keeps falling for guys who are a thousand miles away ( Greece and New York) so her long distance relationships don't last. Can you give me some info on him so I can google him.

I think the relationship you have with your grandmother is wonderful. I treasure my memories of my grandparents even at age 52. Really enjoyed seeing some of the deals you put together--in fact one of them inspired my husband and gave him the solution to a problem.

Me, I liked seeing the unfolding of your grandmother's story. Most of my family on my father's side died during the Holocaust, although, thanks to the miracle of the internet, he recently found out that his older cousin had survived the camp and had gone on to have over 60 descendants and they reconnected in Brooklyn last year. Very cool and moving little miracle.

I am in total agreement with all the previous comments made from the other viewers. For as young as u r u seem to have accomplished alot. Obviously u have had a good support system with positive people who surround u. I would appreciate if u could respond to this question. Saw a commercial where this man Dean Grazios-(self professed) real estate moguel states if u buy his books it will show u how to purchase properties with no money down & in his books supposedly show u where to find money to borrow. What are your thoughts about this person or someone like him? Legitimate or just trying to make a buck off poor desperate people? Can't wait for the next season truly enjoy the show.

Josh I admire you for the sensitivity and love that you have not only for your grandmother but for others. As far as Chad, just be yourself and take the high road. Ive really enjoyed the show because of you. Its really nice to take a peek into the upscale Southern California homes. We all know people where we work that are hard to get along with. I think you handled it well. I think that Chad needs to prioritize time with his loved ones a little better. It was nice of your grandmother to share her story with us. I recently visited the Holocaust museum in DC last summer. I enjoyed watching both of you last season.

You have turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I really did not like you first season. So full of yourself. But your interest in your grandmother's singular story of difficulties and exquisite success is to be applauded. I found her amazing. I have never understood when a kid has every material thing he needs, why the choice to be snarky and arrogant comes so easily. Why not just be a nice guy...there is always an opportunity to play hard ball when its needed. But being affable, courteous and decent is so easy and costs you nothing. I know your health concern is disconcerting, but you ever think of what it would be like if you were not affluent? Time to be thankful, for a grandmother who survived in style and for your opportunity to live a life that by most standards is quite excellent. What you give back is a decent guy who CHOOSES to treat others with respect. And for goodness sake stop being so self conscious about how you look each minute. You are a handsome guy...that fact means who cares if a shirt is rumpled or we see that you might be sweating a bit when you raise your arms. For us to see your self-consciousness works against you moreso than if we see some frailities. People love you when you do not appear perfect. It makes you more human... There is no earthly reason, you have to be a total pain ...it's a choice...choose to be that handsome smart, charming guy who behaves well. You will get just as many fans!!
