Oh, how I would buy Heartridge Estate in a flash if only I won the lottery (hehe). It's been on the market for 2 years, and I know exactly where it is. It's only a 5-10 minute drive from my dad's house in the lovely and affluent Newbury Park, a subset of Thousand Oaks. I've driven by the home a couple of times. It is absolutely stunning. I fell in love with the home over a year ago - long before it was featured on your show - and have been following it since. I actually only discovered that my Heartridge was on this show a couple of months ago, and finally recorded the two episodes it was featured in. I watch them now and again to get my fix. I'm sorry the home is no longer listed with you. It's now listed at $8,995,000 with Sotheby's, and I don't think it will sell for that, assuming it doesn't sell in the upcoming auction. Anyway, I just had to talk about my beautiful dream home, and hope it goes to a family who will make it their long-term family home.

Relax! Being gay isn't going to effect your business. Your a smart guy and people want your expertise and bargaining skills. You are good looking and personable. I am sure most of your acquaintances know your gay already. I was able to come to that conclusion after only a few episodes - your never had dates. I probably won't buy your book, but I like you on the show and think you are a truly a master at sellling real estate. I love that you listen to your grandmother and mother and maintain such a good relation with each of them. I don't feel you should reveal all your secrets, but the fact that you are gay is one you needed to reveal for your own sense of freedom and well-being.
