After 'Sunset'

Double Kiss and Make Up

GG and the gang deal with the aftermath of their Vegas trip.

Mar 23, 2012

On to Sammy, who we see doing business with Mohamed. Those of you who watch The Real Houseiwes of Beverly HIlls, will remember Mohamed as Lisa Vanderpump's friend and the man behind parties that result in THIS. Sammy will be watching Mohamed's project while he is away and hopes that the partnership will only be the beginning of future billion-dollar projects. Sammy actually offers the money Mohamed has left for him to the guy working on the project as incentive to finish the project early. I guess we'll see if the risk pays off.

Mike, is hustling too. He's helping his client, Hoonam, find a commercial space for a night club. More importantly, though, we meet his mother. They address his label as a "mama's boy" and talk about how Persian men are close to their mothers. We find out he hasn't introduced his girlfriend to his family yet. I'm thinking that's never going to happen. Although Mike claims his p[arents would be happy with anyone he brought home, his mom's reaction to his joke about finding a wife in Colombia leads me to think differenty.

Asa is in her own world this week as she reveals her affinity for "diamond water," which is literally water with diamonds and flowers in it. Diamond. Water. There are diamonds in the water. Diamonds in the water. Sorry, I just can't get over it. All I have to say is it's a good thing she selected something that doesn't rust!

It seems to help her though, and she even brought it with her to the studio with Mister Bunny, who we learn is Quincy Jones' grandson. Say whaaat?! I stand by the statement that "Tehranjeles" will be successful in one way or another.

GG, it was you and MJ who started the backbiting against Anita in Las Vegas over her dress, that it was five seasons old, it was a tired ass dress, etc...Anita heard it and so did Reza. So when Anita confronted you about it (and she didn't do it in a threatening way either, she did it the way any human being would do it), you went ballistic on her. Then you turned the tables around and said the problem was with her and the way she confronted you about it. Huh? First, stop talking about other people's clothes. Second, own up when you say something and get caught. Third, stop blaming the victim.

First of all, " I don't like ugly people", who says that! Now, if that is not a sign of a womem who is so insecure with herself that she must put down people inorder to feel good about herself, then we must all be smoking crack! What kind of people get so drunk that they throw up in a nice nightclub and then covers it up with a pillow......Really!!! From what I have seen so far of the show is that the cast is sooooo insecure, self-centered, and backstabbing goup of Persians. Case in point, talking about how much money one has, the current brands that you must be wearing ( god- forbid if you are wearing last seasons fashion), having a drink ( in this case several drinks) at every event from geting ready for a event to having drinks while you work. What this cast needs is rehad and a reality check. Come on people, there are children who are lucky if they get to eat once a day!

I was watching the movie Friday and next on was this show. I was hooked immediately by how they were acting. Does money and alacol mean everything to those kids? I was embarrasses to even be in the same country as them, let alone be the same sex... I have nothing else in common with them. I would be horrified if I were related to them. I doubt I'll ever watch another epissode!

love this show. everyone seems to hate it so it will probably not have a season 2. it is just like jersey shore but persian - why is everyone making a big deal.

i like GG, but she did not handle herself well with anita (who i also like!!).

First, you cannot trust GG and MJ, they speak from both sides of their mouths. They like to start a lot of mess and deny what happens. GG has a lot of insecurities and so do MJ. They should be siamese twins connected at the hips from their actions.

All others, I like. I don't blame Mike from standing at a distance with GG, and correcting her over his friend, Lana. She is much prettier than GG anyway and have an excellent attitude when talked about in ears reach. Keep it up Mike and maybe GG will leave you alone by not engaging in conversation.

Sammy, Mike, Asa, and Reza keep it real (positive)!

"GG" Have you taken a look in the mirror lately? You brag about spending thousands of dollars a week on clothes, yet lack basic skills. Just because you live in Beverly Hills and Daddy may pay your way (which is NOT something to be proud of) does not give you "class." Do you have an education beyond high school? You need to come to NYC and see what real class, real women are like. We are highly educated, have careers, some of us husband's and children and even though our family may have money, we got to where we are on our own merit...not riding Daddy's tailcoat. And, yes, we also don't have a sewer mouth, feel the need to hurt another person or brag about our status. Please, get over yourself! Your an embarrassment to us strong, AMERICAN females. Perhaps your in the wrong part of the world?

On "GOLENSA" aka GG.

Years of therapy. YEARS. And you still act out? I think it's time for a new psychiatrist. Not a psychologist, but a psychiatrist, one who can really evaluate you and put you on medication.

If your behavior is the result of years of therapy, the therapy isn't WORKING.

A total disgrace and embarrassment to all Iranian and Iranian communities ... for God Sake .... this is not what Iranians are all about .... these people are from NEVER NEVER LAND and they should be deported back to their country

From Wikipedia: The Persian people[29] are part of the Iranian peoples[30] who speak the modern Persian language[31] and closely akin Iranian dialects and languages.[32][33] The origin of the ethnic Iranian/Persian peoples are traced to the Ancient Iranian peoples, who were part of the ancient Indo-Iranians and themselves part of the greater Indo-European linguistic family. The synonymous usage of Iranian and Persian has persisted over the centuries although some modern Western sources use Iranic/Iranian as a wider term that includes the term Persian as well as related Iranian languages and ethnic groups. However, these terms have been used both synonymously as well as in a complementary fashion since ancient times; as the Ancient Iranian peoples such as the Old Persians, Medes, Bactrians, Parthians and Avesta peoples considered themselves to be part of the greater Iranian ethnic stock.[34]

I really enjoy this show and I hope it has another season. So what, they're supeficial so are the Real Housewives of Atlanta for God's sake. I appreciate the diversity in Bravo's shows. I love Reza! He may be taboo in Iran, but kudos to him for being out & fabulous! I also like Sammy a lot. He seems so cute and timid. Mike is the typical alpha male, and quite frankly I think he's only defending Anita so vigorously because it upsets poor (of course not in the denotative sense as her wardrobe is always in keeping with the season) insecure GG. Mike hasn't done anything, but he just rubs me the wrong way. I don't like GG at all. I thought from previews I'd dig her character much, but instead she's giving me Lindsay Lohan in Mean Girls. MJ seems extremely insecure as well, largely due to some issues her relationship with her mother seemed to create, but she masks it much better than GG. At any rate, I was uber excited to see this show, and I'm encouraging all my friends to watch!

GG you have your faults, we all do. I think it is great that you were able to finally apologize to anita. You were wrong at the pool scene (mostly because you over-reacted) and it was very mature of you to recognize that and say sorry. It is also good that you realize your reaction to people is "not normal," and it is something to work on. I hope you will continue to grow and learn to control your anger. All anger does is burn the person who holds it.

I got into this show because it made me laugh. But now I watch it because I cannot believe how these people act. I love Reza, he is a gem, Sammy rocks too, but Mike is all up in himself and that is the biggest turn off. And the women, esp. GG and MJ, those two don't know how to act. GG will bold face talk crap about someone and actually turn around and say she was not talking crap. HELLO!!! GG you are on camera girlfriend REMEMBER!! You can be caught in bold face lies. And you have!!!!! I think GG and Mike should just go ahead and get together to get rid of all their sexual tension. GG needs to see that he ain't nothing BUT a bag of chips.

Althought the show isn't exactly deep and downright offensive to some, I find myself searching and reading about the Iranian Revolution which I knew very little about. I can't be the only one. It's interesting. Most Amercans know little about Persian history beyond early Western Civ and what has made recent headlines.

MJ, you are one big hot mess gurl! My goodness, you are FUN :) I am loving this show so much!!!! More! More! More!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GG, You can hate her as much as you wanted, but she is still the queen of the show. She knows how to entertain on a TV reality, GG is hot, and she knows it... I love that girl :)

why arent the cast members blogging? this is their experience. if they demeaned themselves enough to sign the contract, they need to give their reactions and let us comment. this isnt first season housewives and this cast should be held to no less
