Kathryn Dennis Is “Traumatized” By the State of Her New Patio Table
The Southern Charm mom didn't get what she expected after ordering a new table online.
Anyone who has ever ordered a piece of furniture online knows that the results can sometimes be kind of disastrous. Southern Charm’s Kathryn Dennis learned this the hard way, taking to Instagram to capture her shock at the bizarre state that her new patio table arrived in.
In a series of Instagram Stories posted on March 14, Kathryn shared a peek at the small round table she purchased for her backyard — or what was supposed to be a table. Though the piece of furniture had to be assembled, it wasn’t made up of your typical wood, wicker, or other standard materials, as the Charleston mom of two explained.
“This was supposed to be a table for my patio. It is made with Styrofoam inside, what is happening?” Kathryn can be heard saying, also joking that she’s “traumatized” by the table’s appearance.

Luckily, Kathryn recruited Southern Charm pal Danni Baird for help putting together the table, and although it took a couple of tries, she managed to get the job done. Danni later took to her own Instagram to show off the final result.
