Craig Conover Reveals Madison LeCroy "Inspired" Paige DeSorbo to Want Breast Implants
Craig shared the text he received from his Summer House girlfriend about his Southern Charm castmate's body.
As Season 9 of Southern Charm has documented, Madison LeCroy and Paige DeSorbo have developed a great friendship over the last year. In October, Paige called Madison her "favorite blonde" in an Instagram Story, and it turns out there's another physical trait of Madison that Paige admires.
On Season 9, Episode 12 of Southern Charm, Craig Conover revealed that Madison's breast implants piqued Paige's interest in cosmetic surgery. "She inspired my girlfriend," Craig said, adding that Paige texted him to tell him she wanted Madison's breasts on her body.

Madison revealed in 2020 that she was getting breast implants. "Just because I'm having an implant does not mean that I'm coming with boobs as big as my head," she said in an Instagram Story video at the time. "I promise you Dr. O'Neill and I have decided we are going to stay as natural as possible. I am going to try to keep the same size that I have right now, but just an implant, and once you have children, guys, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about — if you're a mom, you already do."
Has Paige DeSorbo had cosmetic surgery?
In 2022, Paige noted in an Instagram Story, "I’ve never had Botox or filler or plastic surgery... I’m not against it whatsoever[.] I will get Botox at some point but I want to stay as natural as long as I can."
However, on a January episode of her Giggly Squad podcast, Paige opened up about considering breast augmentation. "I had a moment the other day where I legitimately was like, 'I really want to get my boobs done. Like, I want to get them so bad,'" she shared. "I was even looking up doctors and stuff like that. And then I said it to Craig, and I was like, 'What would you think if I got my boobs done?'"
After Craig pointed out that Paige might have wanted the surgery because she was feeling unhappy about other aspects of her body at the moment, Paige agreed with her boyfriend and decided to hold off on getting it done. "I was like, 'Wait, that is so f-cking true.' . . . I was looking for things to fix that feeling," she said. "If I want my boobs done in one year from today, I will get them done."
