Getting Dianne to see things clearly was tough. Her staff all knew and acknowledged the issues. Her daughter, Nicolle, was my strongest ally, yet I kept coming up against resistance. I hoped that by showing Dianne how a successful business was run, putting the staff to the test, and having an expert in the hospitality field show her the ropes would help, but I was wrong. Dianne needed a strong dose of her own medicine, and what could be better than roughing it like her guests?
I was amazed at the changes in Cinema Suites and even more amazed when I went back and found Dianne not only there but using a computer and enjoying it! She was a tough nut to crack, but sometimes a tough nut just needs a really strong nutcracker!
Thanks to all of you for tuning in every week! I hope you enjoyed this season as much as I did.
Tabitha...funny thing.....Dianne in the end got what she wanted....this woman lived a hollywood lifestyle...at one time...you said she wanted it her way...waited on...etc....and what happens? She treats people bad, acts like the world owes "her", socializes neglecting her home and livlihood...but yet, in steps Tabitha!! To give her what she wanted....sorry Tabitha, but people should humble themselves a tad when someone gives them a bailout...I saw no interest in this womans demeanor when you entered that trashbox....she was rude, and was set to throw you all out ..... I am not sure why those employees took the time or interest....oh wait...they got to be on tv...and I am sure they want to be actors....Even at the close of the show, she acted entitled.....who in the world is this woman out on the town with every night? She needed what my aunt calls a "hard knock", let the bills pile up, without someone to pick up the slack, and she would be adjusting her busy social calendar.....Give your time to people who want it....
This is my favorite Bravo show...Tabatha means business and gets the job done without drama. Well, she's not bringing the drama but some of these companies are! Come back soon Tabatha!!!
Hmmm. Once again, you were a miracle worker! As Bette Davis exclaimed, that place was "What a dump!" before the makeover. I wouldn't have paid $50. to stay there. The owner did look just like "Baby Jane". She may have been a tough nut to crack. However, you were tougher. You did a fabulous transformation with that "Motel Hell". Thanks for a great season. Don't stay away too long.
You crack me up!! When you put on your heels and got in bed I nearly fell over laughing. I could feel your disgust. Keep up the good work. I love your show.
Tabatha this was a fun episode! Love the salon shows, but shaking it up with something new keeps it real for Your viewers! That place was a dump when your staff arrived. Personally I would have cancelled my room when I got 'there'! And Dianne! Seriously the woman was out there, and where who knows? I for one thought there might be some dementia or Alzhiemers swirling around in her brain! But you got right to the core just plain ole EGO hanging on. The housekeeper was doing everything and the rest of the staff were waiting around for her to do their jobs too! Was a mess! BRAVO to the rescue to make it what it needs to be! So when can You show up to my twenty five year olds apartment?
I loved what you did with that B&B, having said that you stopped short and should have done something with the owners HAIR!!!!!!!
Love your show, I wasn't sure of the concept at first outside the "hair arena" but it works.
Hi Tabatha, I so enjoy watching you every time. I work for a family business that that distributes a product called FACEPRO. I am confident you will love the product and so will your clients. How can I get some free samples over to you???? Please let me know so I can send them right away! lOVE U!
Tabatha, I have loved you since Shear Genius. Whenever I go to a salon (or any customer service business), I look at it through your eyes. You are the best, and I love your dose of reality checks.
your the best Tabatha. I really thought Diane was a man with makeup. I'm so glad you taught her some compassion. hospitality for her guest. sure hope she keeps it up, or give the place to her daughter.
The B&B was very interesting and it was good to see them figure out the business they decided to enter into. That was the odd thing, they wanted to do it but couldn't figure out how. Some research and analysis needed to be done before going into the B&B business. Warning to others, do not go into a business you know nothing about or you will lose money.
LOVE your show and find your comments so funny (and true). Cinema Suites looked like my worst nightmare and I would have had a difficult time staying there. You did a great job on the place and hopefully they will keep everything up and stay in business for many years.
Love your show! This season was way too short.
Your advice for business professionals is spot on. It's refreshing to see someone in the business world tell the truth.
Why can't we see more Coffee? My favorite show and it seems like there are only 3 or 4 new episodes per run. Make more! Can I have some more Coffee please?
