Bethenny Frankel is on the move! Well, The Real Housewives of New York City entrepreneur has been scoping out potential new apartments, at least, her friend and real estate agent Fredrik Eklund confirmed on Watch What Happens Live Thursday night. "We're out looking. I mean, we were seen by the press. She's followed by a lot of paparazzi, that I can say," the Million Dollar Listing New York broker revealed to one caller during the show.
In fact, Bethenny may also be enlisting the help of her new beau Dennis Shields in finding a new apartment. Bethenny was spotted house hunting with Fredrik and her boyfriend earlier this month in Manhattan, according to The New York Post, who reported that they were looking at downtown apartments in the $10 million to $30 million range.
As we've seen on RHONY, the Skinnygirl mogul is a shrewd businesswoman who gives "zero f***s" and is a self-proclaimed know-it-all. So, of course, Andy Cohen had to ask if Bethenny is an easy client for Fredrik to work with. "She’s the fastest client I’ve ever had," he told the WWHL host. "Before I even listen to what she has to say she’s on to the next subject, and she’s very quick. But she knows what she wants and she walks in and she’s like, ‘This is not for me. I’m out of here!’ And the other broker is like, ‘OK?’"
So how does Andy, another client of Fredrik's, stack up to Bethenny? "Yeah, you're fast," Fredrik told the WWHL host. "But you're very specific."
