Crystal Kung Minkoff Was “Surprised” About This Aspect of Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade’s Relationship
The RHOBH 'Wife also revealed where she stands with the rest of the cast today.
Amid her marital issues with Mauricio Umansky, Kyle Richards has been leaning on her close friends, including country singer Morgan Wade.
The songstress has appeared in several scenes on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13, and viewers have now gotten some insight into the pair's close-knit friendship.
In addition, a few of Kyle's RHOBH castmates have sounded off on the relationship, including Crystal Kung Minkoff.
On the December 13 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the coconut water brand co-founder opened up about what "surprised" her the most about seeing Morgan and Kyle interacting on the show. Plus, she also shared major updates on her friendships with fellow cast members Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, Annemarie Wiley, and Garcelle Beauvais.
Crystal Kung Minkoff Weighs in on Kyle Richards' Friendship with Morgan Wade
During the WWHL episode, host Andy Cohen read out a fan question asking Crystal if she had hung out with Morgan much.
"I was actually surprised to see that they had filmed so much," Crystal responded about Morgan and Kyle. "The only time that I had met Morgan was when you see in the upcoming scenes that she sang at an event that we filmed. But, other than that, I never really saw her."
As a result, Crystal has gotten to a different perspective on Kyle and Morgan's friendship by watching Season 13 back.
"So, watching it is obviously very different, and I'm watching it almost like the audience is watching it, so it's all discovery for me," she added. "But, yeah, it was quite surprising."
The Status of Crystal Kung Minkoff's RHOBH Friendships
Later on in the episode, during a round of "Make It Crystal Clear," the mom of two opened up about her friendships with the rest of her castmates.
She noted that she appreciates Dorit because "she wants to help you when you have a wardrobe malfunction," while she added that Erika "is actually very supportive" of her.
"People don't know that, but she's supportive," she added. "But she doesn't show it on camera. She does it behind closed doors."
When Sutton's face flashed on the screen, Crystal joked, "She's rich, and she's very generous."
For Garcelle, Crystal shared that there's a double-edged sword in her friendship with the actress. "Despite how hard it is to hear, she's very honest," she said.
She referred to Kyle as "an incredible housewife" because "she lays it all out there."
Finally, Crystal weighed in on the newest addition to the cast, Annemarie.
"She really likes to get in there and ask questions," Crystal said about a highlight in her friendship with the newbie.
