Obviously Fredrik Eklund doesn't have to prove his amazing taste in real estate to us, but the Million Dollar Listing New York agent outdoes himself again and again, whether it's with his glamorous Manhattan pads or his picturesque estate in Roxbury, Connecticut.
Speaking of the latter, we've gotten a good look inside the absolutely elegant yet still incredibly inviting home. But now Fredrik is showing off the grounds like never before in a new video on Instagram.
If you thought this mansion couldn't get any dreamier, just you wait. This clip gives you a little tour of the outside of Fredrik's estate, showing you breathtaking views of the exterior of his 5,144-square-foot Georgian-style home, as well as new looks at the lush greenery, chic pool and lounge area, and his own private pond. It's all set to Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" featuring Pharrell, because we would be lucky if we ever got the chance to step foot on this property.
As you may be able to guess, the inside of the house is not too shabby, either.
Fredrik previously told The Daily Dish that retreating to this more natural setting on the weekends has been a welcome and beneficial respite from the urban jungle for him and husband Derek Kaplan. "It’s really changed our lives in many ways. I really mean that," Fredrik shared. "We have lived in New York for 13 years and have been working so hard. I’ve been traveling quite a bit and having fun and have had an amazing career, but I think this house has changed everything in the best of ways because it’s given me a break two days a week. Friday afternoon to Sunday night, it makes me put my feet into the grass and hear the birds and breathe that farmer’s air, with fresh dew in the grass."
Of course, it doesn't look like Fredrik will be giving up city living anytime soon. He purchased a gorgeous new apartment in New York's Seaport area earlier this month.
You can follow all of Fredrik's real estate adventures when the new season of MDLNY premieres Thursday, May 25 at 9/8c. Get ready for the sizzling new season, below.
