Has Kyle Richards Traded in Beverly Hills for NYC?

Look who it is! It's Kyle Richards and she's in NYC hanging out with her niece, Nicky Hilton. And it looks like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom and the Big Apple mama have just pitched the newest Real Housewives franchise: Housewives of Bowery.

Clearly Nicky, who is currently pregnant with her second child, was joking. But we're almost certain that Kyle was not kidding when she proclaimed that she "love[s] my niece."
