Loyal viewers of The Real Housewives of New York City know that Tinsley Mortimer isn't afraid to walk down the aisle again, even after her first marriage to ex-hubby Topper Mortimer ended in divorce. (Might we remind you that she recently tried on wedding dresses with her mom, even though she's not engaged to her on-again, off-again boyfriend Scott Kluth?) But, exactly how soon does the New York socialite envision getting hitched again?
