Josh Altman Named One of Hollywood's Top Agents

Why the MDLLA agent was honored as one of the city's best.

The Altman Brothers are on fire!

Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Altman and his brother Matt are among the kings of West Coast real estate. And their killer skills have earned them a spot on The Hollywood Reporter's Hollywood's Top 25 Real Estate Agents.

The list was compiled based on not only their "big sales but also their famed clients."

Among their celebrity accomplishments from the past year: having a hand in the sale of Mila Kunis' Hollywood Hills for $3.8 million.

But they have been mixing it up with celebrities for some time. In addition to working on the Kunis sale, Josh also worked with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in the past, and has the inside scoop on the $85 million home that Jay Z and Beyonce are considering in L.A.

He recently revealed the real estate philosophy that has made him so successful. "I treat everybody the same, I don't care if they're a mega-celebrity, I don't care if they're a mega-businessman, but you do have to be on your game all the time [when helping a celeb]. They're very good at what they do, and they expect you to be very good at what you do. You got to be on your game," he previously told the THR. "It's become a pretty everyday thing."

Another MDLLA realtor making the list is Chris Cortazzo from the MDLLA webisodes. He currently has the listing for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Yolanda and David Foster's Malibu home. Their place is on the market for $25 million.

Earlier this year, MDLNY star Fredrik Eklund was named the #1 agent in NYC by the Real Deal. His co-star, Ryan Serhant, also made the list.
