We don't know if you were a real estate mogul at the ripe old age of 18, but Kylie Jenner is certainly gunning for that title. The youngest Kardashian, avid wig lover, and lip gloss designer has listed her Calabasas, California mansion for $3,900,000 as she's on the move to a new pad (which we're sure will be featured on her Snapchat, Instagram, and eventually Keeping Up with the Kardashians). The 4,851-square-foot pad is described as "Tuscan style with a modern twist," according to Zillow.

The sleek home, complete with sophisticated touches like crown molding, includes five bedrooms and seven baths. There's also plenty of living space for anyone who might have a large family they need to accomodate and any and all party needs.
One of the home's incredible living rooms.
Another impressive living space — complete with a fireplace.
But, that's not all. The gourmet kitchen has high-end Viking appliances, quartz counter tops, and a pharmacy sink.
The kitchen, fit for a top chef.
Also, there's a glam room (natch) and a movie room. The master bedroom is perfect for any fashionista thanks to a walk-in closet and shoe/purse closet. Outside there's a pool, spa, and two (yes, two) fire pits because why not.
We spotted one of the fire pits!
An outdoor dining space at its finest.
She's not the only Kardashian (adjacent) on the move. Scott Disick's Hidden Hills place is also on the market. After purchasing the home for $5.96 million six months ago, Scott's now listed it for $8.8 million, according to Zillow. The 8,110-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and seven baths — which by our estimates,a is plenty of space to break out a cane and cape and pretend to be a Lord.
