Lisa Vanderpump has always been outspoken about her disdain over the Yulin Dog Meat Festival, and now she's using her celebrity to make sure that the annual event comes to an end. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills activist is currently in Washington D.C. to lend her support to House Resolution 752, which is "condemning the Dog Meat Festival in Yulin, China, and urging China to end the dog meat trade," and she hopes to spread the word about the resolution.
Lisa took her role quite seriously, sitting alongside seasoned politicians to help pass the bill. "We've seen these images... we can't unknow them, we can't unsee them, they are forever etched in our mind," Lisa reportedly said at the event. According to another report from inside she added, "It doesn't matter if you're a repub[lican]/dem[ocrat], our cause should be everyone's cause."
While in town, her infamous pup, Giggy, also made some time to take in the sights with dad, Ken Todd, and Lisa.
