Mandy Moore is unearthing gems from her days as a teenage pop star. The This Is Us actress blessed her fans with a throwback shot of her as an elf from Santa's workshop on Instagram. 

"If you’re wondering why I had a holiday-themed headshot, I honestly don’t have an answer for you," she joked.

This Is Us is maddeningly on a holiday break and won't return until January 2; think of it as a post-holiday gift in order to cope.
