NeNe Leakes Lands Another Big Time Acting Gig
The Glee guest-star books an NBC pilot.
Hollywood's not letting NeNe Leakes go just yet. The Real Housewives of Atlanta staple is back on the Glee set filming her role as Roz Washington, McKinley's synchronized swim coach. "@ work 2day on the set of Glee! Coach Roz is keepin these girls n check LOOK @MsAmberPRiley @nayarivera," she tweeted, and the next day posted, "Finally up & out n LA! 2day is shopping & dinner then back 2 the Glee set! I love my glee cast mates! Thanks Ryan Murphy❤"
Well, now she has another reason to thank Mr. Murphy. Glee's co-creator has a new NBC comedy pilot -- titled The New Normal -- about a blended family of a gay couple and their surrogate, and he's bestowed another part to our NeNe, according to Deadline Hollywood.
