Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Alum Marisa Zanuck Sells Her Cali Crib
It looks like the #RHOBH alum is getting a fresh start this year.
Marisa Zanuck is on the move! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum has sold her home, TMZ reports.
Marisa's Beverly Hills abode reportedly sold for $1,825,000 just one month after she listed it. The 2,397-square-foot crib has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a pool, spa, and is in close proximity to the Franklin Canyon Park hiking trails, according to TMZ.
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles fans previously witnessed Marisa sell another major pad when she appeared on the show in 2013. Josh Altman sealed a deal to sell a $20.1 million one-bedroom Beverly Park home that belonged to Marisa's late father-in-law Richard Zanuck, a legendary Hollywood film producer.
It seems like this year has been all about new beginnings for Marisa. She filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years, movie producer Dean Zanuck, in February, TMZ reported at the time.
