Brandi Redmond Mourns the Loss of Her Dog

It's been a hard summer for pet lovers. Not only have Jeff Lewis and Caroline Manzo said goodbye to their dogs, but now The Real Housewives of Dallas' Brandi Redmond is also grieving the loss of her pet dog, Whisper. Brandi shared the sad news on Instagram this weekend, as well as a tribute to the late pooch. "Sweet precious Whisper. You were our first baby and I pray that u know how much I love and adore u. My faith knows we will be together in heaven and your having so much fun with Holla & Romo," she wrote.

Brandi also thanked fans for the outpouring of support they sent her in the wake of the dog's death. "A sincere thank you for all the love prayers and sweet messages towards my family as we grieve our precious fur baby Whisper. She was so loved and such a sweet girl," she wrote. "Thank you God for the 12 years we had to love her, hold her and the snuggles she gave me laying by my side with a pregnant belly. She would stare and be protective of Brooklyn & Brinkley when they were babies. Nurturing, happy, loving is her but she barked at the air or angels I never figured that out. Anyways, love and blessings to you all."
