Inside the RHUGT: RHONY Legacy St. Barts Villa: "This Is So Gorgeous"

The vacation spot may look more than a little familiar to fans of The Real Housewives of New York City.

Bravo fans are likely experiencing some serious Deja Vu after the premiere of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy.

Not only are some fan favorite Alums of The Real Housewives of New York City back together again, but they are staying in the very same St. Barts villa where the RHONY Housewives stayed in Season 5

And although there are no pirates (at least, not yet) nor a self-serve wine station this time around, much of the stunning modern villa remains the same. “This is so gorgeous,” Kelly Killoren Bensimon declared.

For Kelly, Dorinda Medley and Kristen Taekman it was the first time they’d stayed at the Villa Dunes, but for Luann De LessepsSonja Morgan and Ramona Singer — who were all part of the Season 5 cast — it was like returning to their vacation home away from home.

“This is such a trip to be back here. I’m having flashbacks of Johnny Depp right now,” Luann announced while referencing the infamous Johnny Depp look-a-like pirate Tomas Ribeiro, who made quite an impression on the ladies the first time around.

Where do the RHUGT: RHONY Legacy Housewives stay in St. Barts?

The six-bedroom Villa Dunes St. Barts has more than enough room to serve as the Housewives home base for the week.

Nestled into a hillside overlooking the famed Saline Beach, the 16,000 square-foot villa is made of grey stone, slate, and zinc to create an ultra modern aesthetic, according to a description of the property on st-barths.com

Two large pools run the length of the back exterior of the villa, while stone stairs lead away from the main house to two independent bungalows on the property.

The large open living room features huge white couches, a bar area, and a retractable glass wall that opens to the outside.

“The main level of the property building with the spectacular facade houses a vast living room so wide open to the wild panorama that you will be irresistibly torn from its deep sofas,” the website boasts.

Two kitchens, an outdoor dining area on the patio, massage pavilion, fitness room, and play rooms round out the villa’s communal areas.

Each bedroom, designed in sleek white and natural wood tones, on the second floor of the main building has its own bathroom and private terraces overlooking the lush tropical garden below, while the main floor master has panoramic windows to take in the breathtaking landscape and its own bathroom.

Dorinda was hilariously thrown by all the pocket doors hidden in the walls of her all-white bedroom as she searched for the door to the bathroom.

Dorinda Medley makes a face while opening white doors in The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

“How do I get out?” she said as she tried each door. “This is like a crazy, crazy room. This is like a fun house trying to get out of this damn thing.”

Outside of the main property, the bungalows are also designed with the picturesque setting in mind.

Each features a covered patio and the larger of the two also includes its own kitchen and outdoor dining space.

How much does the RHUGT: RHONY Legacy Villa cost?

Do you want to vacation like a Housewife?

The good news is you can — but it’s going to cost you.

The weekly rate for the “festive season” at the villa, which ran this year from Dec. 15 to Jan. 5, 2024, costs a whopping $170,000, and requires a two week minimum, according to the island website.

You can save money, however, by visiting during the Summer 2024 season, which runs from April 15, 2024 to Dec. 14, 2024. The weekly rate drops to $80,000 and only a one-week minimum is required.

It didn’t take long for the ladies to settle into their luxurious accommodations. Shortly after they arrived, they were already settled into the poolside dining table, drinking rosé, and debating the true definition of being “on pause.” Sign us up!

To find out what kind of drama they stir up during the week long trip, tune in to Season 4 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip streaming on Peacock.
