The #MDLNY agent's new Brooklyn work space is complete with a funky outdoor oasis.
Bed-Stuy will never be the same! Ryan Serhant is expanding his real estate business to Brooklyn and opening a new office space there. He collaborated with Yours, Mine or Ours interior designer Taylor Spellman for the project to create a funky work space for his team.
“Our Brooklyn business has exploded! We have an incredible inventory of single and multi-family homes in the area and are averaging about one house sale per day this year,” the Million Dollar Listing New York agent said in a statement. “With this office our team’s boots will be on the ground. We are seeing rapid expansion with our Brooklyn business literally multiplying before our eyes, and we plan to keep up with that momentum.”
In addition to using her killer interior design talents to whip up a great indoor office area, Taylor also created a beautiful outdoor space for the Brooklyn spot. "The best creative relationships call for a great deal of trust, and that’s why I love working with Ryan," Taylor said. "We talk once, discuss the vision and then he lets me take the ball and run with it. This project is a perfect example of that."
