Ryan Serhant's new show and latest career updates

In the three years since Ryan appeared on MDLNY, his career has only expanded. Ryan's third book, Brand It Like Serhant: Stand Out From the Crowd, Build Your Following, & Earn Money, is out in bookstores now.

He is the author of previous books, Sell It Like Serhant: How To Sell More, Earn More, and Become The Ultimate Sales Machine, released in 2018, and Big Money Energy: How To Rule At Work, Dominate At Life, and Make Millions, published in 2021.

Since Ryan provides business advice to others, his businesses are stronger than ever. On WWHL, Ryan told Andy that he recently sold a house in Palm Beach for $132,880,000. And there is a possibility that he will be working with Andy during his next big celebrity real estate deal.

"You're gonna sell my place," Andy told Ryan, adding, "At the price you said we could get for it."

Ryan confirmed that he will also be returning to TV this year (after Andy pointed out that camera crews were documenting him being on WWHL), so keep an eye out for him on your screens.

Ryan Serhant's update on married life with wife, Emilia, and dad life with daughter, Zena

During his "Clubhouse Catch Up" Ryan shared that Emilia and their 4-year-old daughter, Zena, are "doing great," are "beautiful," and were watching Ryan on WWHL from the comfort of their own home.

Ryan Serhant sits as a guest on Watch What Happens Live.

Speaking of home (the Serhants are based in Brooklyn), Ryan offered an update on his living situation with his mother-in-law, who has resided with them since they renovated their house. "She still lives with us," Ryan shared. "[She] takes care of me."

Although these days, Ryan's Instagram account is more filled with business tips than photos of his family, the glimpses that Ryan gives of Emilia and Zena are really cute.

Plus, he revealed that Zena is turning five in March, and knowing Ryan, he won't hold back on that celebration for her.
