Ariana Madix Says Tom Sandoval Was "Severely Inappropriate" in Drama with Stassi Schroeder

Leave it to the Vanderpump Rules crew to make a book signing oh-so-dramatic.

Things got heated earlier this season during Stassi Schroeder's event for her New York Times bestseller Next Level Basic. Stassi decided to confront Tom Sandoval over some angry texts he sent her about planning the event at Tom Tom, which escalated into a screaming match between the two — right in the middle of the restaurant.

Like with most conflicts, this one probably could have been avoided. Ariana Madix revealed during the January 28 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that she advised her boyfriend not to take things with Stassi to that level. "Oh my god, I told him, 'Do not contact her whatsoever. I am going to bed,'" Ariana recalled (clip above) "And then I woke up and that already happened."

Still, you might have expected Ariana to defend her boyfriend in this situation. However, she said she doesn't approve of how Tom handled things with Stassi. "That was like way, way out of line and severely inappropriate," Ariana said on WWHL. "I really just wish that they could have had that conversation in person somewhere else."
