All About Tamra Judge's Engagement Ring That Her Husband Eddie Got From Costco
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member knows her rock came from an unexpected place, and she loves it.
Tamra Judge and Eddie Judge are one of Bravo's most iconic couples.
Although we didn't always know them as a pair on The Real Housewives of Orange County (we actually met Tamra when she was married to Simon Barney), it feels like they've been together forever.
After two years of dating, Eddie proposed to Tamra with a stunning ring he picked up from a surprising store.
Where did Tamra Judge's engagement ring from Eddie Judge come from?
Tamra told The Daily Dish in 2012 that the huge cushion-cut diamond in a halo setting over a double pavé band came from the unlikeliest of retailers: Costco.
"Eddie and I are big Costco fans and go together once a week," she said in the March 2012 interview. "Everyone knows that the jewelry is right when you walk in. For the past year, I would look and try on the rings, and he would always drag me away telling me if I didn't stop he would actually buy me a Costco ring one day."
"I told him I wouldn't have it any other way. Guess what? He did!" she added. "We often joke that we will get married at Costco. I love my ring and it is the exact ring I had been looking at for the past year."
That said, Tamra's wedding band — actually two pavé eternity wedding bands that surround her engagement ring — were custom designed by Brian Hassine of Nuggets & Carats in Orange County at her request.
Valued at over $35,000 and called "The Condo," the white- and rose-gold metal ring has another five carats worth of stones, which adds up to 368 diamonds. Hassine created the ring in eight separate parts; it features the removable center engagement ring band and was finished with an engraving of the words "T and E."
Eddie, for his part, received a wedding ring with two carats worth of princess-cut diamonds and 10 separate pieces of black onyx. It was also engraved with the pair's first names inside the band.
When did Tamra Judge and Eddie Judge get engaged?
Eddie proposed to Tamra in Bora Bora during Season 7 of RHOC, which was broadcast in 2012. The big moment happened after they went scuba diving and he placed the ring in a clamshell.
"I think when Eddie proposed to me was probably one of the most meaningful episodes," Tamra told The Daily Dish in 2016. "I had a feeling he was going to propose to me, and I didn't know when it was gonna be. I kept texting Heather [Dubrow] going, 'What if he doesn't propose, and I'm gonna be so like, ahhh?'"

"At first I'm like, 'Sh-t! I look like crap!' So that started going through my head. And then it's like, 'Oh my God, he's actually proposing,'" she explained. "I had so much going on in my head, so every time I see it, it's bittersweet."
When did Tamra Judge and Eddie Judge get married?
Tamra and Eddie tied the knot on June 15, 2013, about two years after their engagement. The wedding was broadcast in a Bravo special: Tamra’s O.C. Wedding Special.
"Our wedding was a dream come true," shared Tamra in an interview with The Daily Dish a few days later.

Yes, the couple is still married and, more than a decade after their wedding, more in love than ever before.
They celebrated their 10th anniversary in June 2023 with a romantic getaway to Turks and Caicos.
