Which Bravoleb Guest-Starred on Empire?
The buzz behind FOX's hit show Empire shows no signs of slowing. Sure, Taraji P. Henson's character Cookie gives us life, but we like to think our Bravolebs are helping, too! This week's episode featured a cameo appearance from Chef Roblé Ali, who played himself as a private chef. (Check out the clip below.) So how did he feel about his guest-starring role? "I was actually nervous and I don't get nervous very often," he tells the Daily Dish.
Roblé also served up some behind-the-scenes dish—and hinted at the possibility of more cameos in the future. "One fun thing about filming was that there all of these New York City police cars and taxis and other vehicles on set but we were filming a long way away from New York. We were in Chicago. Don't be surprised if you see me or more episodes. That's all I can say for now."
Plenty of our Bravolebs are also tuning in to watch the show—including Phaedra Parks, who spotted Roblé immediately.
SNL Celebrates Its 40th Anniversary
The star-studded three-and-a-half hour show dominated the Twitter conversation nearly all week. How could it not? Between Eddie Murphy's triumphant return to the amazing new sketch for Wayne's World, the celebration of Lorne Michael's iconic sketch-comedy show is one for the ages.
Andy Cohen was on the scene for the over-the-top after party too—and he flipped out when he spotted his fave band the B-52s jamming with Jimmy Fallon.
