Porsha Williams Was by Fiancé Simon’s Side When He Did This for the First Time
The RHOA mom spent a memorable day celebrating the Atlanta Braves' World Series victory with her husband-to-be.
It was a momentous occasion! After a 26-year championship drought, the Atlanta Braves defeated the Houston Astros Tuesday night to win the 2021 World Series. And The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Porsha Williams and her fiancé Simon Guobadia couldn’t be more thrilled to be there and celebrate. The epic victory was made even more special for Simon, as it was the first time he had ever been to a World Series game.
“Ecstatic to have attended the World Series for the first time on Sunday where we missed an opportunity to close them out, but a win is a win!!!” Simon wrote in the caption of the November 2 video he posted, which featured the couple sharing a kiss at the ballpark during the game.
Porsha also took to Instagram to celebrate the Braves for their first World Series win since 1995 with a series of videos she posted from the game. She included a sweet moment of both her and Simon, along with RHOA’s Shamea Morton, singing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” as they celebrated with thousands of other fans in the ballpark.
“2021 WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS,” wrote Porsha in the caption. “We won,” added Shamea in the comments.
Both Porsha and Simon have captured many moments by each other's side since the two announced their engagement earlier this year. Recently, Simon shared a stunning snapshot with his fiancée at the Swan House Ball event in Atlanta.
Not long ago, the husband-to-be also opened up about how much he cherished making memories with Porsha in a sweet Instagram post with a photo of the pair in a loving embrace.
"Lately, every time I pickup my phone to lookup something, I run into another memorable picture from one of our trips together," Simon wrote in the caption of the September 29 post. He added, in part, "We can impact the lives of our fellow human being when we share good memories. I hope this photo taken at a time of happiness for us can inspire you today to seek someone or something meaningful to your life."
